LAUREL POINT - HIGH BANK WEST FACING WATERFRONT VACATION HOME.
3 Bedroom vacation home located on 1.35 acres of high bank waterfront facing desirable west exposure. This private waterfront home is just across from the Shipyard Cove Marina and Brown Island. Relax and enjoy the glistening water views in the living room around the grand wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) or enjoy a movie in the adjacent television watching area on the large flat screen television with ROKU player. The home has wireless high speed internet service for those that need to stay connected. The kitchen is spacious and open offering plenty of room to prepare meals, chat at the nook, and enjoy a more formal meal around the dining table, seating for six. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample privacy for all 6 guests. The main level maser is furnished with king sized bed and has a private porch. The master bath is ensuite with a large, tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second lower bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers water views. The upper level is accessed by the spiral staircase. Upon entry to the upper level you will find two twin sized beds and a private bathroom with tiled shower. Separated by partition the right side of the upper level, has a full-sized bed with a beautiful view of the water. Sweet spot! There is plenty to see from Laurel Point including boat activities, ferries, and wildlife. This home is located just 2 miles from downtown Friday Harbor and 9 miles from Roche Harbor. Parks and beaches within a 10-minute drive from this property include Jackson Beach, San Juan County Fairgrounds, false Bay Nature Preserve, American Camp, South Beach and many more days of exploration. This property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Pets are not allowed. Due to high bank shoreline, there is no access to the beach and no access to the dock area. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).

Summary: The house was an older house, but very cozy, very clean. It was really neat looking on the inside, the way it was built. The property was gorgeous! If you walked out on the back deck you could see the harbor, not to mention see a harbor seal every now and then! The host was very easy to contact and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: I traveled from Florida to visit with my adult children and their spouses.Friday Harbor was on my bucket list. This home was perfect for our family. It has plenty of room with a nice kitchen and fantastic views.

Summary: My husband and another couple spent Labor Day weekend at this vacation home. The back deck overlooking the quiet marina was wonderful, and my only regret is that we didn’t spend more hours there! The location is great, just a 10 minute drive to the ferry terminal and main drag of Friday Harbor. Yet is is super quiet and private. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The only problem we had, and this is pretty minor, is that there are not many convenient places to charge one’s phone/ electronics, and some outlets ( master bathroom) are so loose as to make plugging in a hair dryer a challenge. Karen is a very responsive hostess, and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely rent again!

Summary: Great location, great view! House has good bones - fun 70s vibe. Lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Wonderful light with lots of skylights so even when it's raining, it's lovely. Convenient and close to town. Wish we could've stayed longer as five days went by in a flash. Thank you for a great family vacation!
